Abstract:
This study investigates the synthesis and characterization of GNPs. X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed that the GNPs exhibit crystallinity, with an average crystallite size of approximately 10 nm, suggesting around 30 graphene layers. Raman spectroscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) shows the multilayered structure of the GNPs, with lateral dimensions in the micron range. These findings highlight the potential applications of GNPs in energy storage, sensor technologies, and electronics.
